The Ascension of Brian - Family Guy

Back in 2016 one of our favorite galleries, Gallery 1988 in LA, asked us to take part in the group show titled "Idiot Box" - a showcase celebrating pop-culture in television. We decided on creating something for what was a huge pop-culture moment from the Family Guy season 6 episode - "The Life of Brian", the death of Brian. This 3' x 4' oil painting was designed by T-Bone and Aljax, painted with the help of our Hydra partners, Anthony Mark, Deric Hettinger and Schon Wanner. 

We just got word that this piece sold and, realizing that we never shared it, decided to give everyone a glimpse into the process.

The Peltzer Pet print

Our fist print for a series of group art shows at Gallery 1988 in Los Angeles, Ca. This was our submission for the show titled "Product Placement" screen prints of your favorite products that don't exist, which ran between March 8th-30th. 

We decided to expand upon the Peltzer product line from the movie Gremlins, while keeping the ad dedicated to it's time era (a typical ad you would find in Rolling Stone, or beauty magazine.) 

4 colors on French Cream paper, limited edition of 50 prints. Available at Gallery 1988's store
